\nOur first piece of art in the City of natural Art \u201cIstanbul\u201d
\nA Modern design of a 6-story residential building in the district of Kucukcekmece, near a bus station, Marmaray metro terminal, and Metrobus station. The building is located only 2 km off the E5 highway, one of the 2 main highways connecting Kucukcekmece district and Istanbul on the European side.
\nThe building consists of thirty 2-bedroom simplex flats (105 sq. m) and seven 3-bedroom duplex flats (200 sq. m). All flats are equipped with a central air conditioning system, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, gas\/electric cooker with an oven, and kitchen ventilator.
\nBuilding services include a two-level parking area for around 80 cars, two 6-person elevators, and an auxiliary power generator. There are also two commercial shops on the ground floor, 90 sqm each.<\/p>\n
